Malvoisine farmers and operators present their free range poultry products which outclass anything else on the market. The difference is the superior quality guaranteed by the "label rouge" seal of the French Ministry of Agriculture and controlled by the certifying organization (QUALITE-FRANCE SA compliante to EN45011) and the specific "Faverolles" breed for the traditional free range chicken "Malvoisine white", famous for its delicious taste.

Nutrition
Natural food for the birds : 100% vegetal, vitamin and mineral, containing at least 75% of cereals (70% for guinea fowl).

Minimum age
Twice the life-span of other poultry (12 weeks = 84 days for the Malvoisine chicken) the meat is firmer and has a significantly superior flavor.

Follow up
Each step of the production from hatchery to slaughter are controlled towards their stringent standards and each product gets a serial number in order to keep itÕs trace from producer to the consumer.
